The specifications of electric heating boards include 350×350, 350×1000, and 350×1400mm. The vulcanizing temperature is 145℃ during repairing, which could be typically adjustable within 0-200℃.

It adopts AC electric power 220/380V with vulcanizing pressure 0.5MPa. It adopts electric control box for automatic control during operation, adopts water pressure pump for adding the pressure and platinum resistance for measuring the temperature with simple and convenient operation. The temperature difference on the surface of electric heating board during operation is typically within ±3-4℃, which is the ideal rubber belt repairing equipment.
